seeking feedback / theory of world income

i am seeking feedback (offline preferred) for my new paper, entitled "A
Theory of World Income", available at:

the theory uses some ideas from Marx, Keynes, Pasinetti, Prebisch  and
others and tries to apply  them in a world(-)system(s) framework. it's a
first tentative step. constructive criticism from any quarter welcome. i am
trying to learn someting. i realize that the topic requires a more extensive
treatment and am seeking feedback on how one could develop a theory of world
income further.
