oh, yeah; I guess its that simple.  Funny how Radovan Karadic is still
running free (indeed everyone knows where he lives) even though he's
been indicted by the War Crimes Tribunal.  Courts ... great idea.  Pity
the criminal court for the former Yugoslavia in the Hague is such a
resounding failure.
