Organization of organizations?

One additional item.  Several recent posts suggest that a World Party could 
be a supra organization of organizations of a wide variety of types, and 
that membership would be voluntary, based on agreement with some or most of 
each others principles.  If so, then it would be very useful to create a 
basic set of principles as perhaps a starting point.  It would not hurt to 
discuss at the same time the second item in my previous post regarding the 
strategy and tactics of a WP, given that these do affect the basic 
principles.
