Dear WSNers,
ATTAC is actually based on Tobin's idea of a tax on
financial transactions. In France, the debate is growing about it
thanks to ATTAC. There is now an ATTAC Group at the Parliament among
the Socialists and a "Tobin law" should even have been vote recently but
the government made it fail (not officially...).

I think it would be a good idea to
create ATTAC groups in the States and in the UK and, why not, connect
with WSN...
