There is no structure.  We arre attempting to put a structure around the
concept.  There are a number of variables that are clear at this point.

We have an Advisory Board that is quite impressive ( in my opinion).  We are
moving forward very slowly.

One would have to say that Mitchell Gold is basically responsible for
moving the discussion forward.

You are going to present this project next december, it will be in tha name
of whom?

The International Association of Educators for World Peace.  an NGO with
formal relations with UNICEF, UN ECOSOC, UNESCO etc.
