Doubts

friends:
Would it be important to start a international mailing list with the
contacts of parties, NGOs, state departments (net, normal mail, phones,
etc)... to promote an horizontal scheme of supporters or friends?
Explaining the objectives, if we reach to some conclusions, and inviting
them to join such an organization. The task would be carried by national
contacts interested in this goal. It needs a cetralized structure, and ir
seems that there is already something, if understood well Mitchell's words.
Is there already any structure to assure this project? If there is, where?
And whom are in charge so far? You are going to present this project next
december, it will be in tha name of whom? I ask this questions because I
find it necessary to assure that this is a transparent organization with
clear objectives. Having the experience of belonging to a local civical
association makes me asking this questions.
