 Had the same kind of
leader and media emerged in the typical NATO country, it seems to me
that they would have been soundly condemned. 

AGF - Where in the world is Pat Gunning living? Isolated from the real
world in this or other NATO coungries apparently so he cant see whos on
firwst  and whats on second.

It seems to me that the
barbarization process was not forced upon the participants of war but
was the consequence of the deliberate stirring up of ethnic tensions by
a Milosovic who wanted a unified nation of Yugoslavia.

AGF - This is doubly or mutimply factually /historically incorrect, as
Peter Grimes showed, but Pat Gunning seems incapabl;e of even reading
 -- Milosevic did not want a unified Yu. the West wantred and MADE a
DISunified YU, beginning witrh Germany insisting on the breakup of U by
lopping off Croatia and Slovenia.
--- and even the historical ground for that was laid by the Western econ
policy and the IMF - as Peter argued and provided refererences for [his
BIG mistake was NIT citing AGF to that effect already in the l980s, so
Peter please apologize on your knees!] and vide also my march 26 first
article response to Peter's question  in this series. Peter has learned
a lot [not from me, but i just sent him bi-latrally some evidence to
coiunter a factual mistake he made] but Pat has not leanred anything.
So i am not wriring for or to him. In fact, i confess taht if i had seen
teh source of the commentary on Peter befroe  clipping some to comment, i
would NOT have done so, since i long ago gave up reading Pat's stuff
whiuch seems never to have even the remotest foundation in reality.
Oman must be in another universe that is much nicer than any we know in
THIS world system. that must be why he wants to learn about THIS one, good
for Pat,bue he seems to be an even slower learner than I am.
