human rights violations by NATO

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) contains Article 25, which
states that: "Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for
the health and well-being of himself and his family ..."
-
NATO violates this human right in the present war against Yugoslavia.
Specific human rights violations by NATO:
-
(1) NATO destroys factories, water supply and other means to sustain
civilian life in Yugoslavia. NATO thus violates Article 25 of the human
rights code.
-
(2) NATO embargoes Yugoslavia, leading to a lowering of the civilian
standard of living in Yugoslavia. NATO thus violates Article 25 of the
human rights code.
-
(3) NATO concentrates Yugoslavian refugees in sub-standard camps which look
like concentration camps. NATO thus violates Article 25 of the human rights
code.
-
In my opinion, NATO -- in order to be humanitarian -- must immediately start
the envisaged Marshall Plan for the Balkans and stop the Clinton-Albright
Plan for the Balkans.
