Bush has already signed into law a bill that annexed for the US a great deal of the ocean's bottom,  a land mass almost equivalent in size to the 48 states and I don't think it's open to tourism.  it's too damp.  might find some minerals and oil, though. wonder what the rest of the world thinks about what they just lost to the US's unilateral decision.
