It is less a contemporaneous expansion of the economy, it is indeed an attempt 
to
re-invent a new world order, but it is doomed to fail because it has no consent
from the multitudes everywhere including the spaces from which it begins. It 
will
seek to impose itself and it will encounter multiple forms of resistance, the
imposition and the resistance will be ugly and violent and murderous, many
civilians will die and for a while none of it will be reported.  But over the
long-term the expenses of keeping the war machine going will begin to impact 
upon
its progress and the multitudes will make their history even if it is made in
circumstances not of their choosing.  Ganesh.
