DATA? US dollarization of other 'nation-states'

Greetings all,
        Reading something recently about "IMF recommendations to dollarise"
Afghanistan, I would like to see a comprehensive list of various
nation-states around the world with official/unofficial currency
circulation in American dollars, or pegged to the American dollar, etc. Is
there such a list, particularly if it has historical vignettes about how it
politically came about?
