Last night was a definite turning point in World System history. Bombs were
called the end of the American hegamony.

Who did it and how? It was probably made by an anarchist group inside USA,
maybe ones who have inspired from the movie Fight Club. Or as officals
started to point, ex-oriented islamic movements did it. Indeed it is not
makes too much difference.
USA lost his hegamony on the world scene. But it seems internal politics of
USA are also important and very effective on global policies of USA and
other powers.

First of all, people of USA lost their confidence to their government.
Moreover, it is a republican government who came to power with funds given
to military and new army projects like national missile defense system.

They played an old card: they tried to find or create an enemy state. They
tried North Korea, Iraq, China. But all was useless. Because, new
`terrorism` is not linked directly with governments or states as everyone
see in Seattle or Genoa and will see.
Now, USA has a undefined and formless enemy. It hurts from inside and it is
almost impossible to use missiles in city borders.
What can be done to alter this `terrorist` activism? Fascism is the clearest
way of to do this. But how and to whom?

First of all, public support for fascist policies inside USA seems very hard
to obtain. Because government lost a confidence with bombing two planes with
passangers. Also, it could not keep the safety of its citizens. Also, it was
unveiled that defense policies of USA was just imaginery and serving for
continuity of hegamony by way of macho-militarist way. Moreover, this is a
failure of the republican government, if democrats would be in power at this
time, everything will be easier to guess: a great collapse of democratics by
republicans and a very large tendency and also support to rightist and
fascist policies. But now, everything seems different.

What is clear that USA will shift in a very agressive mode and start to
bombing on `terrorist` states as already did on Kabil. But rest of the world
would not be a mere spectator, since hegamony is flying away. They might
resist on USA and develop such policies. But such a behaviour might cause a
3rd World War with a crazy USA.

On the other hand, a superpower cooperation betwween USA and west Europe
might be agree on the future of the world system: A militarized -
centralized - emperorship without any democratic component which would not
hesitate to attack any one from rest of the world. This probability may come
true and it is not hard to say that a civil war will follow it.
