Hello, To be dispespectful, people have used the word "Chings". As an Officer of the WorldBank (or are you retiring?) to use the word 'chines' is hopefully a just a typo. Out of respect of your Office, could you please tell us how many hundreds of years ago are you talking about the Chinese Emperor 'raped and plundered what is now Indonesia?
