To be dispespectful, people have used the word "Chings".  As an Officer of the
WorldBank (or are you retiring?) to use the word 'chines' is hopefully a just a
typo.  Out of  respect of your Office, could you please tell us how many 
hundreds of
years ago are you talking about the Chinese Emperor 'raped and plundered what 
is now
Indonesia?   What historical references do you have?
Thank you in advance for bestowing the greatness of the World Bank unto ordinary
citizens and for your attention.
