I continue to be totally mystified by how folks on this list
discuss this kind of question.  Why don't you look at what
China is doing, and what Chinese leaders say, and what U.S.
policy planners say about China?  Why do you omit all
relevant information from the discussion?  Why do you only
look for abstract connections with abstract theories?
