I agree with Alan here. As usual, Micheal Puglisie comes up with

For what had really happened in Yugo & NATO directed war against
Yugoslavian people, I recommend list members to check out Jared Isreal's
Boston based journal _Emperor's Clothes_. You can find more objective
information there, more so useful than  NATO  based stories. I have sent
few excerpts already..
