worldwide realization of full employment

I am wondering how the following political formula would sit with the
diverse (non-)community of wsn thinkers:

FORMULA:
"the worldwide realization of socialism includes, as one of several goals,
the worldwide realization of full employment"

EXPLANATION AND JUSTIFICATION:
In an earlier post I proposed "global full employment", but that was
criticized as being too Keynesian. Alright, drop the adjective "global",
change it to "worldwide". This way the formula circumvents the unresolved
differences between progressive nationalists and progressive globalists.
"Socialism" in the formula is not defined. This way the formula circumvents
the unresolved differences between social-liberals, social democrats,
born-again Leninists, Christian socialists, socialists of other religions,
old-line Leninists and Stalinists and various other denominations of
socialists. Further, the formula does not specify *how* this goal should be
realized, it just says "realization". Thus, the nonviolence camp may want to
add a rider "by nonviolent means", the violence camp may want to add a rider
"by armed struggle". In my opinion, full employment for all everywhere is a
worthy goal, as part of a larger goal catalogue. What do you think?
