On the subject of goals, in addition to the good goals promoted by UN, EU,
UNICEF etc. (as distinguished from accomplishments), a leftist world party
would also have to appeal to the material interests of large numbers of
people (feasibility and enforcement to be discussed separately). I would
suggest:

(a) global minimum wage of US$ 1.00 per hour; and, for those already above
that:
(b) global pay equity (equal pay for work of equal value, irrespective of
global location, gender, colour of skin, religion, etc.)
(c) global employment insurance
(d) global health insurance

On the subject of naming the ideology, how about "Mine'ism" (meaning Marx
and Mother Theresa as modernized by Mine).

Now what do you say?
