information requested

dear folks,

i need information on Hobsbawm for a friend of mine who is teaching IR in 
Ottowa. do you know if the introduction he wrote to the new edition of
_communist manifesto_ was published anywhere? if my memory does not
mistaken me, it is in _guardian_. is that right? ( i am not quite sure
though whether he wants to know the same piece, and i do not remember
whether Hob's article in Guardian was the same stuff he wrote to the intro
of manifesto)
