It occurs to me that there might be several
antecedents and precursors to the WP effort that should be considered.
For example, the final report of the Rio Summit,
entitled Agenda 21, called for various global organizing efforts. And in
San Francisco, the Association of World Citizens has been active on several
fronts.
Does anyone have other ideas about what might
constitute a useful antecedent activity or lesson or knowledge?
