"Globalisation" a reappraisal

Being a specialist in Global Political Economy and a Developing Country citizen from the commomwealth caribbean; in deliberating whether we are really living in a "Globlalised Word"..i ask the questions

1. globalisation for "who" e.g global trading elites, MNCs etc
2. "where" e.g among the Triad (Japan, America, Europe) or Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and Caribbean etc
3. "how" e.g through an interdependent or a dependent relationship

Perhaps we should consider this and make a reappraisal of the term.
