So the fighting stopped. But the tension seems to me bigger than ever. There
is absolutely no scenario of solution in this situation. How embarassing can
it get for NATO to be the neighbours of Milosevic? How much humiliation will
the Russians take? What i foresee is a situation of many years of having
ground troups in this little region. How long will Russian, Albanian, Serb,
American, etc. forces be able to stay in one room without trouble?
