I was thinking of something like "world system Keynesianism" with added
qualifiers like: "leftist", "human rights promoting", "multinational",
"transnational", "labour friendly", "women's rights promoting",
"environmentally aware", "anti-global
apartheid", "liberty-thirsty / emancipatory", "those from above actually
help those from below", "anti-militarist", "world federalist"
