There are wars, but not the end game to which you referred. What do you
suggest that we do about the current unpleasantries and unthinkables?
Austin appears to want to promote a revolution. Here is what he wrote:

"That the globalization of the capitalist mode of production creates the
objective possibility for socialism in no way guarantees socialism -- we
have to make socialism happen."
