The recent incidences with Andrew Wayne Austin (with whom I entirely agree
that WSN has never averaged 25 posts a day) and Louis Proyect indicate that
the behavior of some individuals on this list is "out of control" and
totally inappropriate.

I suggest that these people be identified and removed from the list.  I
think that we should make it a policy to immediately remove and block the
resubscription of anyone else who acts in this manner.
