WSN & Moderation

	When WSN was started, the issue of whether it should be moderated
arose.  The virtue and weakness of a moderator is the same: CENSORSHIP.
Here ideas and contributors are deliberately allowed to flourish or perish
on their own.  Those whose contributions are helpful generate an
appropriately respectful audience, while those whose are not quickly
succumb to the delete key.  I encourage us all--especially in these
perilous times--to work toward a minimum of respect and decorum.
Meanwhile, anyone finding any particular contributor offensive are always
free to use the delete key.
