As I just pointed out, cops only have the right to arrest people. Then a
jury decides whether the accused is guilty or not. In the case of NATO
intervention in former Yugoslavia, you simply have one form of anarchy
imposed on another. The European powers behind NATO are basically
responsible for the misery of former Yugoslavia as the economic vise was
tightened in the 1980s. The alternative to imperialism is socialism, by the
way.
