Help needed for source of Nehru writing

In the mid-1970's, I had a book by Jawaharlal Nehru that included a chapter
on "Capitalism and Democracy" (I believe that was the chapter title) in
which Nehru argued that the two were in contradition.  I've done the usual
bibliographic survey, but without the ability to do a search by chapter or
word search, have not yet found the right source.  It is not in "Glimpses
of World History."  Does anyone know of this work?
