I hate to say it, but you are lapsing into extreme hubris here. It is becoming apparent to me (and perhaps others?) that you either can't or won't recognize/address Richard's main point in this lengthy (though entertaining) debate re/the contradictions of capitalism -- that there are flaws in Marxist theory which preclude its ability to move us towards urgently needed, innovative/revolutionary world system change. It is this kind of inflexible adherence to Marxist dogma which has weakened the cause of the Left.
