America's Half-Century: United States Foreign Policy in the Cold War
(Johns Hopkins Press 1989) and the treatment in Giovanni Arrighi's Long
Twentieth Century. Also Tom Hall's Social Change in the Southwest,
1380-1750 (1989 Univ. Press of Kansas).
I am very interested to see the bibliography when you are done with it.
