Thanks for your reply. I did not intend to imply that globalization
ended, only that it declined after 1914. Sorry if that was not
clear. Globalization includes many things. One clear measure that
I rely upon is the ratio of world trade growth to economic growth. A
ratio greater than one indicates an increase in globalization. After
1945 (or 1939?), the ratio begins to rise steadily, then rapidly
since the mid-80s.
