When union jobs leave an industrial area--let say the US--should they (US
union members) be obligated to establish a union in the third-world
labor markets as a means to hinder their exploitation and the destruction
of their culture & environment?

Don't the people of the third world labor markets deserve the same
marginal benefits (i.e., health benefits, 40 hour week, vacation time,
safe conditions, descent wages, etc.) as their counterparts had doing the
same job?
