Dear Colleagues,

I am looking for a concise paper/study on the economic and social
development of India since independence from a global perspective,
and/or an article reevaluating the place assigned to "India" in critical
scholarly discourse, again informed by global perspectives. 

This would be for translation and publication in the Hungarian journal
Eszmelet.
