That sounds very silly.   Where there is greater wealth there is a greater degree of specialization through education.  And naturally you are going to see higher IQs under such and accompanying circumstances.  But it's absurd and twisted of the individual to turn around and say that the wealth is a product of higher IQs.  It's sophistry.
