Much of what has been said of N. Korea could also be attributed to Israel:  It is a secretive state with a paranoid leadership at odds with regional leaders.  It has a secret nuclear weapons program and may have already produced nuclear devices with which to threaten her neighbors.  In addition,  it is a state which is *racist* in character in that it favors, economically, politically and socially, members of a specific *racial* type and quite open and vocal in advocating racially discriminatory policy in favor of this type.
