Re: NYTimes.

The question is still where the HQ of the papers are. 
For example, I can buy the Frankfurter Allgemeine
Zeitung more or less anywhere in the world.  It is
still a German paper.  For this sake, EL PAIS is not
an American paper.  I am sure you agree.
