a clarification

I re-read the last posting I sent and realize that I was not clear when I used terms like: "local U.S. oil companies" and "domestic oil." By that I was referring NOT to "Exxon-Mobil" but rather other companies, such as Koch, perhaps Citgo?--I don't have all their names in front of me right now.....their interests sometimes overlap with the "Exxon-Mobil" crew, but sometimes, they are in strong opposition.
