I appreciate Malcom's and Warren's appreciations, but they largely miss
the point I was making. wrong question/wrong answer was mentioned but
speedly shoved aside to focus on sources. of course we never have the
''right' amount, either too few or too many. my point was that if we look
at some of the ones we DO have but whose neglect and altogether no
knowlwdge of is SOP, we would find that the 16th - or any other! - cent
''birth'' of ''capitalism'' is totally misplace and a su-fire guarantee of
getting the wrong answer
