Racism has no place...

...on this network. Hoping for an intelligent and
coherent response from a "progressive" left on this
network was apparently unreasonable on my part.
What happened:

"Louis Proyect" cross-posted an excerpt from an
article from the NYT and from "Exterminate All the
Brutes."

I, in a simple and mildly sarcastic remark, made light
of the tone of the posting and its simplistic
implications, interested in hearing them defended. A
response was sent that, probably due to its shameful
and anti-intellectual nature, was as far as I can tell
sent only to me. I include it in its entirety below,
with the web site referring to myself deleted:
