Dear WSN,
Would you please be so kind as to either explain or
give articles on the relation--may be complex
relation--between CIA, UKUSA, IMF and Neoliberalism in
the grand narration of the American Empire (PAX
AMERICA)?

(-) Given that the Empire of United States
increasingly declines and stagnates, the Empire needs
to reconsolidate and take every efforts to perpetuate
its hegemony. It is in this consideration that the
intervention of Afghanistan is necessary. Firstly, it
is strategic in all framework of the "oil security
consideration" and geopolitics of energy. Secondly
it is fundamental to "lock" the possible movement of
China, which is expected to be the competitor of the
US empire in the coming world order.

(-) It is through and on feodalism that PAX SINICA was
founded, and it is on imperialism and mercantilism
both Pax Nirlandica and Pax Britannica were secured.
And through liberalism and then neoliberalism
effectively organised by the Brettonwoods intitutions,
such as IMF and World Bank,Pax America is legitimised.
Taliban and every movement/ideologies outside
neoliberalism therefore needs to be "saved" in the
single creed of neoliberalism.

(-) following Althusser, besides through ideological
apparatuses, The Empire is also secured through
repressive apparatuses. Chalmers Johnson's and William
Blum's are likely to be good example on how through
intelligence operation, the United States secures its
dominance.

I am sure those points above are needs to be closely
interrogated, especially when those relates to the way
that the United States will take after "WTC" to
preserve its hegemony.

Thank you for your consideration.

Regards,
Sira
