Dear Guys, Would you please be so kind as to either explain or show articles on the complex relation between OSS, CIA, UKUSA, IMF and the ruling ideology of the recent world; NEOLIBERALISM? (1) Given that the US hegemony in the world empire increasingly stagnates and declines, is it reasonable enough to argue that the United States will reconsolidate its hegemony through both repressive apparatus (UKUSA which develops ECHELON intelligence system) and ideological apparatus (NEOLIBERALISM). (2) It is in this framework that the US intervened largely to the national affairs of Afghanistan and the postcommunist regions of the Soviet. Besides "the oil security consideration", this strategy is necessary for locking the possible movement of China, which is expected to be the competitor of the US in the future world-system and also locking the possible coalition between China-Rusia-and post communist regions in Central Asia. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your kind attention. Regards, Sir_Al ________________________________________________________________ Nokia 5510 looks weird sounds great.
