You cannot live on $1000 a year, not in Canada.

These figures suggest that the present struggle in the land of blood and tears is a class struggle - - not of the Marxist kind (i.e., capitalists versus workers), but a class struggle of a non-Marxist kind, namely, struggle between a rich class and a poor class (as in Chossudovsky's expression "war of the rich against the poor").
