Just a mad hypothesis. Can we "imagine" that Talibans are not God's
soldiers fighting in the name of faith and/or political ideas but are just
mercenaires paid to fight but not to be killed? Now  the price offered for
the loss of the life is too low .  They are running where they can hope
life's preservation. Soon they will be "on the market" and will get a new
job somewhereŠ
That is just  some junk (spirit) food coming from a cold and foggy
afternoon in France. Apologies if it has a bad and bitter taste for you.
