Information Request Re: Cuban Agriculture

Dear WSN,
I am in the process of researching Cuba's recent shift from the industrial
mode of agricultural production to more sustainable/organic forms of
agricultural production.  At the moment, I am primarily looking for
journal-quality articles to review.  Any leads/hints/advice/articles
regarding this issue (the shift's recent history, it's successes/failures,
etc.) would be greatly appreciated.
