Request for links on ongoing research in IR and information Technology

I'm an Indian graduate student and am interested in doing further work in
the area of international relations and information technology. 

Since many on this list are scholars well-versed in many areas of the social
sciences, could anyone  pass on links to departments or other researchers in
this area? Conference proceedings, links, faculty members -- any leads would
be really appreciated.
