I think David Harvey (2000), "Spaces of Hope" has a section on 
Toffler.  All these concepts are so recycled endlessly.  
Postmodernity, new international division of labor, globalization, 
financialization, postfordism, postmarxism, postcoloniality, and so 
on - what a proliferation of concepts and textual productions, and a 
corresponding crisis of thinking!  What is at stake in these 
representations?  TKG.
