The reference to the 50-year cycle (culminating in the Jubilee Year) given
on this site comes from Leviticus, which is commonly dated to the second
half of the 6th century BCE (i.e. it's postexilic).  The people who
set up the site seem to be arguing that the Jubilee cycle is identical 
to the 50 year Kondratieff cycle.  What this has to do with Frank's
500-year cycles outlined in _Bronze Age World System Cycles_ I haven't a
clue.
