CALL FOR PAPERS

Innovations: A Journal of Politics is an interdisciplinary, refereed journal 
committed to publishing the finest student (graduate or undergraduate) work 
in politics and related fields.  The deadline for submission of articles for 
the 2001 edition is 1 March 2001.

We encourage submissions regardless of their institutional affiliation, 
geographic location, or field of study.  Innovations aims to act as a forum 
for the emerging ideas of the next generation of scholars, to whom the 
future of inquiry belongs.  The overriding criterion for acceptance is 
scholarly quality and originality consistent with the focus of the journal.  
Innovations encourages politically oriented submissions from across the 
Social Sciences.

Submissions will be reviewed by Senior Editors, as well as the Editorial and 
Management Board.  Suitable articles are then sent to two anonymous 
referees, who are established experts in the field of the paper.  
Submissions should be approximately 5,000 words in length, and must not 
exceed 7,000 words.  Three copies must be sent to the Senior Editors at the 
address above.

Submissions must fulfil the “Notes for Contributors” guidelines available 
from the Senior Editors, and also on our Website (www.ucalgary.ca~innovate). 
  Submissions which do not adhere to these guidelines will not be 
considered.
