3. Submission of an article is taken to imply that it has not been
previously published and it is not being considered for publication
elsewhere.
4. Articles should be between 6 - 7,000 words in length, inclusive of
references, footnotes, tables and abstract
5. Three copies of the article should be submitted, typed on one side only,
double spaced on A4 paper (including footnotes and references).
6. Organisation. All manuscript structures must be kept consistent within
the publication. Manuscripts should consist of the following:
        i. Title - typed in capital letters.
        ii. Author's name.
iii. Affiliation - and short address (including country)
iv. Abstract - A short abstract (not to exceed 200 words) should be
self-explanatory and summarize the paper's essential qualities.
        v. Introduction - The introduction should define clearly the nature
of the problem. Reference should be made to previously published pertinent
papers, accenting the major original contributions. Articles should not
however start with the sub heading 'Introduction'.
vi. Body - Gives the primary message of the paper in detail, and may
be broken down into sections and subsections. The section and subsection
titles should have one blank line space before and after it. (Section titles
in capitals, subsections in initial capital lower case.) The contributions
made by the author(s) should be clearly stated. Appropriate figures and
tables may be used to amplify the text discussion. Each should be numbered
consecutively, using Arabic numerals (eg., Figure 1, Figure 2; Table 1,
Table 2, etc.) All figures and tables should be referred to in the text in
their numerical order (i.e., do not refer to Table 3 before Table 2). Please
do not underline on the original copy to clearly emphasis, please do so on
the copy.
vii. Conclusions - One blank line before and after "CONCLUSION". The
conclusion should point out the significance of the work, its limitations
and advantages, applications of the results and may make recommendations to
further work.
viii. References - One blank line before and after "REFERENCE".
The Harvard System of referencing should be used.
7. The main body of the article, including footnotes, quotations, appendices
should be doubled spaced and right hand justified, with left hand margins of
at least 1 in. Footnotes should be numbered consecutively in the text and
typed double spaced at the end of the text, on a new page.
8. Technical Illustrations. All photographs, charts and diagrams are to be
referred to as "Figures", and should be numbered consecutively in the order
in which they are referred to in the text. Brief captions should be provided
to make the figure as informative as possible (these captions should be
typed consecutively on a separate page or pages at the end of the paper).
Each caption should give the Figure number. Photographs should be of good
quality (black and white glossies) and submitted in a separate envelope,
with the authors name, figure number, and top of the photo clearly marked on
the back. Line illustrations must be clearly drawn in Indian ink on good
quality white paper or vellum. They should be labelled clearly by
typewriter. (If this is not possible, two prints should be supplied, one
appropriately marked and the other unmarked for Nova Science to set).
9. When the article has been accepted for publication, the author is
required to send two hard copies and one disk copy of the paper to the
editor. Disk copies should be virus checked before despatch, and should be
clearly marked with Author, Title of article, date of submission, and the
software/hardware used. Only Microsoft Word 6.0 for Windows can be accepted.

10. Proofs. The corresponding author receives, which should be read,
corrected, and returned to the Publisher within 48 of hours of receipt.
11. Pages Charges and Reprints. There are no page charges. Each author
receives with his/her galley proofs a reprint order form. Upon acceptance of
an article the author(s) will be asked to transfer copyright in the article
to the Publisher. The transfer will ensure the widest possible dissemination
of information under the U.S. Copyright Law.
