But Paul, why are you equating 'capitalism' with 'private enterprise'?

Such a 'reformed society' must evidently be keeping capitalism
from destroying genuine markets, in the way the Dutch boy kept his
finger in the dike.  The good part is the 'reform', not the 'capitalism'.  The 
water is not 'part of the dike'  - it is what the dike is keeping out.
