Dear ...

I think what Mahatma told should be understood in relation to the British 
Colonialism which took the whole world as its god-given gift.  Ghandi had 
not any choice than turning the whole logic of British Colonialism and 
demand India just for Indian and not White British Colonialists.  So, his 
then-prophetic speech should be related to that context; otherwise how 
should we account for non-English who are English and  live in England?
